Home of Bamboo Performance Technology™

Most performance apparel starts the same way. Polyester or nylon. Durable, yes, but born from petroleum and built to outlast a landfill long after it's outlasted its wearer.

Bamboo Performance Technology™ starts somewhere else. A natural bamboo-cotton fibre, engineered to wick moisture, block UV up to UPF 50+, and resist odor, the same job synthetics do, minus the plastic. One breaks down. The other doesn't.

With EU regulation tightening and buyers asking harder questions about what's in their supply chain, that's no longer a nice-to-have. It's becoming the spec.

Production Capacity &
In-House Facilities

Annual Production Output

2,000,000 – 4,800,000 finished garments. Enough headroom to take on a brand's first 5,000-unit order and still have capacity when that order becomes 500,000 units three years later, without the brand needing to re-source.

Reliable Sourcing & Transparent Process

Fabric failures are rarely a fabric problem. They're a sourcing-transparency problem. A brand specs a fibre blend, gets a substitute they weren't told about, and finds out only when the finished garment fails in a customer's hands. Our in-house textile engineers own every sourcing decision end-to-end, so what's on your tech pack is what ships in your carton. No substitutions without sign-off.

Environmental Impact & Chemical Safety

  • Net-Positive Energy Infrastructure: Manufacturing runs entirely on solar and wind, generating roughly 260x more clean energy than the facility consumes. The surplus feeds back into the local grid instead of sitting unused.
  • Measurable CO₂ Offsets: Every garment produced at BVK Exports offsets an estimated 1.2 lbs (~400 grams) of CO₂, a number your sustainability team can put directly into a Scope 3 supplier disclosure.
  • PFAS & Phthalates-Free
  • Zero NPEs & Formaldehyde
  • Azo-Dye Free & BPA-Free
  • Heavy-Metal Tested

Frequently Asked
Questions

Our standard MOQ starts at 300 pieces per style/colorway for custom garments. Minimums can shift based on custom fabric knitting requirements on our Terrot setups. If you're ordering a stock fabric versus a custom-developed one, ask us early, since it changes the number significantly.

Yes. full-package production including custom neck labels, woven tags, hangtags, custom packaging, screen printing, Barudan embroidery, and silicone badging. "Full-package" means we handle trims and packaging sourcing too, so you're not coordinating a separate vendor for hang tags.

Unlike synthetic, petroleum-derived polyester and nylon, our bamboo-cotton performance knits are 100% biodegradable, naturally hypoallergenic, UPF 50+ UV-protective, and highly breathable. You get the performance profile brands usually reach for synthetics to achieve, without the microplastic shedding or end-of-life disposal problem.

Every batch goes through multi-stage inline QA and a final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing, the same acceptable quality limit most global retailers already require of their vendors. Third-party auditing (SGS/Intertek) is welcome if your compliance team requires an independent check.
